Introduction

Every day, 15 million cubic meters of desalinated water flow across the Kingdom — powering cities, sustaining industries, and securing life in the desert.

An achievement born from vision, determination, and engineering excellence.

MediSun Arabia and GreenTech intend to form a strategic joint venture, uniting MediSun’s expertise in water technologies with GreenTech’s leadership as a China-listed innovator in advanced intelligent water treatment solutions.

Together, we bring the award-winning Newater House — an industrial product, not a civil engineering project — designed to integrate with MediSun’s innovative technologies: Reverse Electrodialysis, Forward Osmosis or Selective Electrodialysis Metathesis.

Depending on the technology, each Newater House can:

  • First, reduce footprint and construction time by up to 90%, while cutting life-cycle cost by 50%.

  • Second, maximize water recovery and minimize liquid discharge through S-EDM and FO.

  • Third, remove targeted contaminants with NF

  • Fourth, lower SWRO SEC, generate renewable energy, and improve brine with R.E.D

  • Lastly, enable unmanned operation, optimize efficiency and lower cost with WateRobot AI Agent.

Built for speed without compromise, each Newater House is manufactured in just 15 days — reducing land use, simplifying on-site work, and delivering capacity at record pace. This is an engineering feat that helps drive the Kingdom’s growth.

Performance, however, is only part of the story.

Every Newater House is designed to protect people — detecting risks before they spread, keeping supply steady in remote areas, and preventing costly shutdowns.

To scale this vision, two full manufacturing lines — one in Saudi Arabia, one in China — will ensure rapid delivery, reduced import dependency, and solutions built closer to where they are needed.

In the Kingdom, it all converges at Project Paradise, ready in 2027 — where the visions of both companies take physical shape.

More than a factory, it is a flagship. A paradise.

Once-barren land will be reborn — home to resorts, fertile farms, and lakes fed by brackish sources, proving that even the driest soil can host life. Here, Newater House units are assembled, MediSun technologies integrated, and final systems dispatched across the region.

Visitors won’t just see technology — they will experience it. An immersive Visitor Centre, living demonstration environments, and interactive exhibits will inspire students, communities, and decision-makers alike.

Even brine, once seen as waste, is given a second life — transformed into recreational brine pools, aquaculture zones, and irrigated farmland.

GreenTech builds the fastest water plants on Earth.

MediSun makes them more powerful and sustainable.

At MediSun, we believe that this partnership marks the next chapter in the Kingdom’s water legacy — one that is faster, smarter, and built to last.

To global innovators: we invite you to join us in shaping a future where advanced water solutions are deployed at the speed the world demands.

For the Kingdom. For the Humanity.
